white sails with UV uplighters on deck? could coat the sails with uv brighteners for added effect.
Would certainly bring a carnival look to events like Cowes fireworks
or we could talk to these people about possibilities

I have heard you can get a good deal near Chernobyl. Just buy some new sails and hang them out for a bit !
