Gas locker needs work (Titchmarsh Marina)

Hi all.

The gas locker on my Westerly Centaur is no longer watertight (I think/hope(!!!) from above rather than below...). The boat is at Titchmarsh Marina. I have very limited access to the boat as I live some way away, but would like to get this fixed before the season. I'm therefore looking for someone who might be able to take on this job for me. Does anyone have any recommendations please?

It doesn’t sound like the sort of thing the usual marina people do but maybe a word with the marina office would give you an answer, since it would be better in-house for a simple job.

They'll happily collect the boat from Titchmarsh at a small cost, if the work can't be done at the marina.

Making the lid of a locker watertight sounds to me like a typical job for a shipwright. No need for any specialism in gas systems for this job.
