I am going to replace the furling line gear on the jib outhaul...ie all the blocks. Currently mine is just fed through eyes on the stantion - and 2 worn rollers. So quite a bit of friction me thinks. Harken do a kit for £140.... but this seems a bit expensive for 3 mini blocks, a big block and a cleat. Does anyone have any experience of their system. Is it worth it - or should I just buy some cheaper individual blocks from Barton.
