I'm told the solution to my excessive condensation in the fridge, is to re
caulk the box (inside) to stop hot/moist air entering. Any suggestions
which sealant to use or not?
Cheers

Most fridges have a one piece interior? Do you really have multiple sections that need sealing? Silcone will do fine.

The best way of preventing condensation and frosting in a fridge is to keep the door shut....only open it when you need something, then close it quickly. Especially when you are in hot humid climates.

Thanks. I was surprised too but this was the advise from the Frigoboat help line:-

When there is this much condensation inside the box & excessive ice
build-up on the evaporator it indicates that warm, humid air is entering the
box somewhere, & your report that the system is running continuously
confirms this.
Make sure that all entrance/exit holes in the box are well sealed, &
ensure that there is a good seal between the top of the box molding & the
underside of the countertop, re-caulking if necessary, & plug any drains.
I'm sure that after close inspection you will find the cause of the
problem, & I'd be very interested to hear your comments, especially as to
what boat this is on.
Cheers
