someone asked about this. I recommend www.meteo.fr very easy peasy, specially the clicking o nteh map and then asking for one region, and the lickle weather things show the wind direction and speed...

While this is OK, the one in the office in Cherbourg was much more informative, I have sent them an email today to ask what site they use.............
