I have found this link for tidal predictions. It gives you a free prediction for up to 7 days in UT. I have compared the predictions against my Almanac and they appear to be spot on.

Oh dear, there appears to be a virus on the download page, this is not a bogus site I have downloaded this software before and it work well, I shall send an email to site admin to alert them to the problem. So unless you feel confident about dealing with such matters I would leave alone for the minute, you could always email the site admin and request they send you the download, free of virus!
