Has anyone else had trouble with orders from 'Force Chandlery' (Waveline leisure is their email) Placed order on the 5th and still no signs of it turning up, even after a phone call over a week ago!! Pathetic service.

Given that their email is a gmail address I'm immediately suspicious, especially since they own the forcechandlery domain as well. They also operate the same site at wavelineleisure.com which says to me that they are probably chancers. Competent shops don't need to litter the internet with lots of domains with names close to their competitors. Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think I'd trust them.
did find thst Marine Megastore are in the same lane and decidedly unimpressive looking premises for dealing with "your superyacht needs"
I think you'll find it's FARCE for Chandlery!! Just called Swanwick branch up to enquire about a couple of parts.. "hold the line for a moment while I serve this customer please" was her response, I then listened in for the next 5 minutes while she served two customers and then proceeded to bitch about customers to her colleague once they had left the shop clearly having forgot I'd been left hanging on the phone Hung up in the end
Different chandlery!
I know, I'm tarring Force 4 Chandlery with the same brush
And yet I (and many others) have had nothing but excellent service from Force 4. One uncharacteristic slip does not a fraudulent operation make.

I just had a reply by email, and apparently my order is en-route from the USA!!! As someone mentioned above.
So standby for the postcard through the door re you can collect it but £xxx.xx import tax needs to be paid prior to handover
