Finances (again)

In preparation for living aboard permanently in the Med on my pension investment income I've been looking for a suitable offshore account - and it's harder than you'd think! I've finally found Abbey National Offshore (in Jersey) because their Offshore Gold account meets all my requirtements, namely:

1. An offshore (from the UK) account (so I don't pay any UK tax on my pension income)

2. An account in Euros (so I'm not paying currency conversion fees)

3. A VISA card (in Euros) so I can get cash via ATMs and pay for goods and services (with no charge for using foreign ATM's)

4. Free banking (as long as a minimum balance is maintained)

5. Internet and phone access to manage the account

Does anyone else have experience of the Abbey National Offshore Gold account? Or, does anyone have any other suggestions for an offshore account that meets all of the above criteria?

I've been using Citibank (Gibraltar) for some years. They offer roughly the same package. No complaints so far.
