Re: ah but have u seenem?

okay, 2 points BUT that's it. And he's not really famous yet . So *provisionally* two points. It might be a bit more if he wins the rtw record and gets on the news.

Me! me! me!

Ok my turn, a point for me cause if being on TV constitutes being famous then in 1979 I was seen in the audience on Top of the Pops.

Re: famous for 1.5 seconds

ooh, what was being played? I'm assuming that since you aren't (and weren't) female that they didn't feature you repeatedly. Or do you have a fantastic cleavage?

No I didn't have a fantastic cleavage but I was standing next to someone who had. And the song was........... I'm in the mood for dancing by the Nolans. I also got Bon Scotts (AC CD) autograph, can I have another point?

Hair style!

Ha - hence the drastic buzz cut you now sport. Soul boy - too modern '79 would make you a new romantic surely. I shall tape TOTP2 if the Nolans are featured - this has got to be worth the odd beer (say five, seven or eleven) at the club <G>

Re: NO!

this wasn't even remotely near a boat. And I bet u were dancing a bit to the nolans too! Did you one them's a bloke?

One them's bloke, yerknow
one of them a bloke uh-oh
oyeah, one thems a bloke
ooo-ooh-ooh
bloke ooh-ooh
bloke, yer know
oh-oh-oh

key change,
repeat until sick of it

Good enough for a b-side. Or for the nolans, an A-side.

I think it is now in Lymington. Never seen him there either.

This forum has turned into "people who have heard that someone famous had a boat once but haven't actually heard anything fresher than third hand".

I saw Ulrika Jonsson at London Boat Show.

She wasn't on a boat.

But who cares?

Meet Jim Davidson on his Princess 55 'bout ten years ago.

Served Leo McKerne in a chandlery he played rumpole the bailey, not in the chandlery he did rumpole the bailey on TV/in court, he was buying boat bits in the chandlery, he sounds like rumpole in the chandlery, oh dear, this has got all complicated and not making sense.....

Simon Davison, ex uk rally champ in 1980's, did Antigua week with him last year, has amazing ability to drink Rum.

How many points

....specialising in over budget, late delivery project management...

Re: well who is it then?

It's Colin Macrae, understand the Targa 52 is an "interim" step but I could be wrong. I have a feeling that money won't be the issue!!!

Re: Plonker - Out

According to the broker - getting out, too much of a time commitment to make at this stage in his life. The Targa hours were really low for a '97.

It\'s a long shot but it might be worth a point

A few years ago my Nan had a caravan on the Isle of Sheppey, Nuts Farm I think the site was called - anyway the people in the caravan opposite were the parents of Harry Redknapp. I think?
