As expected. EU is in massive difficulties with the member states and it is getting worse. They have so many political problems we who own boats in EU can come and go for another year. Principally it will be the threat of fines and overstay that will not be enforced inside Schengen. We are not allowed to discuss this on ybw but I see it as the elephant in the room when thinking about where to winter, 2022 to 2023.
EDIT ... With so much news about war and propaganda it is refreshing to have a place which is free from such stuff. BUT it does have an impact on certain subjects.

EES is still rolling out later this year/early next. Sensible decision by EU not to roll both out at the same time.
