There was a program on TV that the wife was watching about farmers finding new ways of selling their wares - Country file I think- & there was some trade fare involved-- keep reading this is serious -- really -- & one couple had produced liquidised eggs. The idea was to sell to the catering trade & would be an economical way to save cracking eggs all the time. One just opened a tap & hey presto.
If egg white really works you could track them down & label it as antifoulling for props & market the stuff. Just needs a few labels & you are in business. I am sure that they would love to get rid of all the stale eggs.
Do you think adding a bit of Tabasco sauce or even pepper would improve the anti-fouling properties?
