Buy your own web domain name and then you get the e-mail address. I've got several registered to me, and at £10 for each domain name, not exactly expensive. Then it's up to you whether you actually set up the web site or not. So for example you could buy www.raggiesarecrap.co.uk and then set up an e-mail address of davethedaytrader@raggiesarecrap.co.uk or whatever takes your fancy as long as no-one else has already got. You'll not be able to get any 3 letter domain names with a .co.uk or .com extension, they've all long gone, but you should be able to find something that appeals. I got mine from www.getdotted.com and they're hosted by www.freeola.com. No problems with them at all.
