Not near the sea I know but I had a surprisingley good meal at the Prince Arthur carvery, £2.99 (yes 2.99) weekdays and £3.99 weekends. Large roast beef joint, turkey or gammon, real meat not mechanically recovered and then reconstituted, was full of penioners though and one of our party had a vehicle broken into.It is very near the Black country musuem/Dudley canal tunnels. Well worth a visit

Blimey, being an old Dudleian this is the last place I expected to find on this forum. I remember being able to buy faggots and peas (take your own jug) from North St. - close to Teddy Grays, famous for their toffee and chocolate.
