I have DPE Duo, which has now decided not to go up or down, or in and out in " trim speak"
I am guessing that relay/s would be a good starting point, but dont know which or where?
there are 2 on the pump and 2 in the dash console, any ideas would be most welcome,

I had this problem last year with my legs, thankfully at the very end of the season. Different make though (Bravo 2 drives), so I'm not sure my finding will help you, but this is what was checked:

1. Console switch - check for corrosion. Your manual should show which wires if directly connected will raise & lower the legs to help see if the switch has failed.
2. Pumps - check for no loss of hydrolic fluid. Check if any noise comes from these which console switch turned on.
3. Connections to trim motors - mine were badly corroded and that is what caused the fault on my boat.

There is a large fuse on top / rear of the starter motor - looks like a white plastic slug. I would start by checking that and the connections around it. Then check the relays on the trim pump, but if it suddenly is not going either up or down, the fuse or some fundamental power supply problem seems more likely.

Thing numbered "22" on the diagram:

Most likely to be a bad connection on problem on the pump assembly as that is in a hostile damp environment. So check fuse as mentioned then take relays off the pump assembly, clean and spray with wd40 Also check the earth to the pump assembly.

If all else fails this was posted by AdeOllly a while back

You can also test the function of the trim motor by 'hot wiring' it. If it's the same as mine you will see a pair of wires leading to the relays, one green and one blue. Green is to trim down (green grass) and blue up (blue sky). There should be a connector plug near the trim motor for these. Disconnect and using a wire, with the ignition on, connect each in turn on the relay side to the battery or other +ve supply. The relays should activate and the drive should trim up and down appropriately. BTW, both relays need to be in place for the drive to trim.

The prices on that website are eye watering; €0.58 for a cable tie, you can get 100 for about £2.00 and as for the "bespoke" items, unbelievable.
