Is space an issue.

If not, then a standard car battery would be fine.

It not there are rather expensive Red Flash started batteries

Assuming you buy an 'Engine Start' battery (because you need the CCA or MCA) I would also go for as large as price/space will allow.
This is because you are better off using the this same battery for the Anchor Windlass and Bow Thruster instead of your deep drain batteries. The currents for anchors and bow thrusters can be damaging to deep cycle batteries. (You would need to check if the Windlass/Thruster were currently wired to the engine battery.)
