My d5 Airtronic 6 years old

fires up no problem but miss fires when running ,and when on low speed gurgles through the exhaust

new glow plug and screen fitted

Possibly water trapped in the exhaust?

If you can’t fix it replace with a chineses diesel heater that fits your ducting total cost about £125. They work very well
