i have found this site to be good!

But use the "scuttlebutt" forum to ask for sailing crew, or the "mobo chat" forum for a powerboat.

agreed. i have found passage crew on scuttlebut several times. i posted a 'crew wanted over the weekend and have several takers already.

officially 'crew wanted' should be posted on the 'wanted' forum but there's not a lot of traffic there.
