Conwy marina!

I am sure the boats will be ok in the soft sewage,
we stayed there one night, low water gave us 1 foot of water on the main pontoon. (with the gate closed).

Free pump out is offered because the boats don't sail out to empty there holding tanks, that sewage gate holds all he shite in.
kind regards from 24 hour deep water Holyhead. :encouragement:

Ah Holyhead. Explains all. Depressing place where even the sh1te tries to escape.

Maybe the case 10 to 15 years ago. Now, there's a rather good bar/ restaurant at the marina, there have always been nice walks close by. Taxis are plentiful and cheap ( due to the large number of DHSS claimants in the town that use them to go to supermarkets !). so some very nice places to visit are easily reached , like Trearddur Bay , Rhoscolyn etc.

Those bays are only a couple hours plus a bit from Conwy. Hardly exclusive to HHead.

Some photos were posted on the CMBHA Facebook page.

Off topic, I quite like Holyhead! We were there the weekend before last and the sun was out and the water in the marina was crystal clear. We did take a bit of a battering going around South Stack which may have enhanced its appeal.
