Its been a long time since a boat went aground on Castle Rock. Very lucky it was a reaonably calm day as quite often a big swell rolls across.

He was very lucky Dawnstar, I was sat at the Knap for 20mins and all the time he was rolling on his keel side to side at 45deg. However, he sailed away fine closely watched by the Barry LifeBoat.

Bet he will have it ashore for a check soon though!

Re Castle rock I posted this on here before but its worth repeating. If you can see Sully Island you cant hit it.If Sully Island is hidden behind the headlands you can hit it ,and its hard. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
