computer prob

Have WindowsXP, it's not on my computer. What's it's properties?
Might be worth also checking microsoft support and putting in a query, may be a bug in IE or windows 2000

Loaded netscape and then watched what files zone alarm asked to approve, scagent.exe was the one that caused the problems, now all I have to do is delete as it reinstalls every time I delete it, but not causing a prob any more thanks to all of your help,

Do you delete it or just stop it, could check add/remove programs and see if its there and uninstall it, or do selective boot and disable it from there
