Compass light

First trip in dark on Saturday revealed that the flybridge compass light didn't work. Further investigation reveals what looks like a kind of flat topped LED arrangement. Does anybody know how to get it out for replacement as it seems to be firmly fixed and where to get a new one. It a Rigel compass.

LEDs are very reliable devices. Before pulling things apart to get it out, check the basics. Is power connected and available, any bad joints? Apologies if this is "egg sucking" but I had the same problem with a different manufacturer and found that the wire at the base of the pedestal was disconnected.

Had a look Sunday morning. Power was going up to the beast but no reaction.
