I suggest there are interior surfaces and .... interior surfaces - requiring different treatment.

Our cat living areas are all smooth gel coat - like the outside of the hull. They simply need to be wiped clean, as you might wipe a domestic shower, kitchen. The engine bays are a bit rougher, not smooth gelcoat, and I spray with degreaser and ...wipe down.

Nothing really gets 'dirty'. A house, apartment, does not need anything special - why would your yacht need anything special (except your flat does not contain diesel engine :) )

Not a problem. The only gelcoat inside is in the heads around the head and shower basin and they just get washed in use.

Well if OP's boat is like mine it gets mold on the inside surfaces particularly inside roof. Bleach is most effective but be careful with it as it can stain fabric (by taking out dye). Wear gloves and be careful of fumes. ol'will

White vinegar kills mold I think and is less 'toxic' than bleach. I am not 100% certain, however.
