Christmas greetings from sunny Mallorca

Just wanted to wish everyone a wonderful christmas and brilliant new year. Hope you have all remembered to stock up on alka seltzter and rennies.

Have to sign of until the new year Will miss you lot. Maybe I can welcome you all at my Marina one day. Will be thinking of you as I am cruising around the Med.

Is it really sunny there Christina ? I hear Spain's in the middle of some very yucky cold weather at the moment, how are the Balearics?

You heard right. Barcelona school kids are learning how to snow ball fight. We have had a couple of iffy days, but all in all the Balearics are fine. Day time temps. at around 15 ( wich for us is freezing) and some mad tourists still run around in shorts. Its lovely when the sun is shining but at night the temperatue does drop to about 8.

Still I would rather be here then back in the Uk. Loved the country but could never get used do the cold, wet long winters.

Cold weather and power cuts, some of Spain (Barcelona) hasn't had power for 34 hours along with the snow.

I was in the north over the weekend everybody saying it's so cold fur coats out etc etc and I am thinking bl**dy hell it's -20 at home what's everybody complaining about.

15 sounds tropical
