Need to be away from the boat for a while, can't think of much to do.

All food out. Adjust solar regulator down to about 13.2v or so.
Bit of ventilation

Think of anything else?

I would also opt for:
Gas off/disconnected
Diesel tank filled
Heads cleaned and left half-full of fresh water
Holding tank(s) treated
Bilge pump left on "auto"

I take it you're on the hard in the UK, but if you are much further South, I would include stopping up any small bore pipe outlets such as a syphon break or holding tank vent.

Where's is it? In Greece one stuffs sponges into the skin fittings otherwise wasps make homes in them. ( Hard mud nests )

Tape over the boom ends otherwise you get birds nesting in the spring.

Empty lockers of food, rats can smell it from a mile off and don't make it easy for rodents to climb aboard.

Sails off and kept in a dry place.

In the UK?
Check that the cockpit drains still drain, wrt the boat being 'level', and cannot choke with leaves etc over time.

How long is a while? Any chance of freezing? Drain calorifier from the bottom, just pumping until the pump sucks air does not empty it. Usually an accumulator will empty itself and the bit of water in the hoses does little damage if it freezes.

Torches? Danbouys?

Yes stow all removable deck gear. Bow anchor and chain can be dropped onto a pallet or stored below amidships to relieve strain. Turn off the fuel. Turn off batteries. Turn off gas. Remove sails. Some people remove and mouse halyards, presumably to wash them at home somewhere. Drain water from all systems. Top up fuel tank to prevent condensation. Empty all the accumulated junk out of lockers etc as if you don't do it now you never will!
