hi there as some of you may know my boat sunk last year and ive been continually doing it up since the engine was done by a mechanic who advised me to drain oil and leg and change for new stuff again as there was emulcification (i think thats how its spelt), anyway after buying the vacuum pump draining both the sterndrive (yellow liquid) and the engine (green) ive not replaced with the type asked for. so what now do i check to see if it's still sort off milky what if it is? it is running fine ive also changed the oil filter (another nightmare) anyway as ive said the end is near ive done all electrics switch panels upholstry (professionally done) lights etc done myself re painted anti fouled and dim bloody nervous its goiung to all go wrong when i put it in the water i have the feeling ive missed something major and as ive been so busy trying to do 537 things i overlooked something. so please anyone put my mind at rest im beggining to think if there is still some emulcification and i change it again would i be right in thinking it would be a cracked case or bore thingy. when i start it in my drive i feed the inlet with a hose. when i tryed to connect it from the inlet and let it suck out from a bucket it didnt suck water in it's only putting water out through the exhaust when im feeding with a flow from the garden hose. but as i said it does sound as if it's running nice.
thanks in advance.
cheers again for all your help.
