Chain locker

My boat a Colvic Watson 26, about 1977 vintage, and not factory completed, has never had any provision for an anchor chain. Can any one help out with drawings description or photos of how it should be done

G'day Arthur, and welcome to the YBW.com forums,

Fitting an anchor locker is not a major DIY task, however you should use epoxy resins and fibreglass matting designed for use with epoxy, not chopped strand.

Also ensure the drain is located at the very lowest point, even if you have to fill the base to get good drainage, this will avoid the pong most lockers develop.
