Canal du Midi 2019

Hi all,

I'm a new poster to the forum, but have been following various discussions over the years, and have found it very useful.

We're planning on bringing our sailing boat back from the Med to the UK this year. She's 1.4m depth. We've taken previous boats of similar dimensions along the Canal du Midi in the past, but wondered if anyone had any experience from this year. It's been a very dry year, so we wondered how others had found the depths in the Midi this year. Also, how easy is it to get out into the sea at the Atlantic end this year? Finally, does anyone have any experience of the Robine (Nouvelle Branch) this year?

Also, if anyone has any other info that they think might be useful, I'm interested. It's about 8 years since I was last in the Midi, and I know changes have been made in that time...
