Can anybody name this dinghy?

Hello!

I have been thinking about buying a dinghy. One has been offered, but the seller don't know what is the model of it. Can anybody tell from this picture, what it might be? From the picture i would also say that either the mainsail is not fitting the boat or it's set up improperly. The boom is wishbone boom, which i think is rare on dinghys.

It looks like the mainsail is missing its battens; otherwise it seems to fit the boat fine. No idea what kind of boat it is though, sorry.

I had a quick web search and came up with a PX15.
It doesn't look like the boat in the photo, it seems to Polish.
Perhaps there is a Polish dinghy manufacture who use the sail symbol PX, and this is an earlier model?

To make it easy for you, the designer wrote the name on the sails.
IT would appear to be a Sailart PX 15.
