booking agents for ferries Italy to Greece

Does anyone know of an agent that can book a ferry from Italy to Greece (Igoumenitsa)? We usually get Jenny from Keyatis Travel in Preveza to book for us, but she is not replying to e mails. Does anyone out there know if she is still around? We need an agent as we are trying to book camping on board, and when we go online on the Superfast site, every date we punch in says no availability. We e mailed Superfast and they said that there was limited availability and to book online, but they don't seem to be able to to give us which dates are available, hence the need for an agent as they have better contacts. Any help would be appreciated.

+1. Excellent service, doubly so because I was forced to cancel due to medical problems and instead they postponed and held the booking for me until the following year.

Jenny is up and running, albeit a bit slower than normal. We had to cancel a booking we'd made with her: she responded within a working day to the request.

Pity viamares website ignores more than 70% of the browser landscape though!

Thanks for all of the info. We booked with viamares who were very helpful as we had a couple of things that could not be booked online. We did manage to get through to Jenny (too late to book with her) but it's good to know that she's OK as she's a lovely lady.
