How dare the over-endowed RNLI muscle in on the Oxford and Cambridge boat race with 'first RNLI patrol for the event'. Together with the ever talkative Evironment Agency, they have wound up 'fears' for the public on the spring tide in Saturday's media. It some idiot parks his car below the high water mark, that's a lesson learned. No doubt someone will also fall in water!
The Nanny Societies and the Rescue Industry do not miss a trick.
