Thinking of moving the mainsheet track to the top of the transom but access underneath is tricky at the stbd quarter

The loads will be high but the layup on WOLF is pretty thick.

Anyone got experience of using blind fastenings with GRP ??

Indirect answer to your question, have a look at the track's on the Westerly Fulmar. On ours its bolted down however we don't often move it off the mid position, so I would consider trying it from a fixed point on the stern first.

Further Though is if the lay up is good and thick would you not be better off with dirty great big self tapping screws set in appropriate sizes holes with a dolop of decent epoxy.

Big head

If access from below is impossible why not bond big heads to the upper side of the deck?

Grind the original surface back to clean layup and bond the big heads with epoxy and several circles of fabric of increasing size to spread the load.
