Hi
I am a novice so please bear with me I had the warning noise on my boat had a marine mechanic look over it he said it needed a new alternator and belt so a friend of mine who is a car mechanic come to do job he changed the alternator but warning beep still happening cleaned up the battery terminals and the beeping stopped for about 10mins and started again the mechanic hadn’t changed the spade connector on the back of alternator which was very corroded he want to change it but with out disconnecting the batteries whilst changing the spade connector he touched it on the back of alternator which sparked now I have no ignition at all everything else is working but no power to the ignition We checked fuses that was on battery and on top of engine and these seem fine does anyone have any ideas 🙈

Did you check the fuse on the battery terminal on the starter motor, there is a square fuse which feeds power to the ignition system and other components.
