Battery supplier portsmouth area

It looks like I have to replace my bank of 4 x 6volt 75ah batteries in the near future. At the moment I suspect that only one of the four batteries is dud but as they are all old I suppose I should replace them all.

Can any one recomend a supplier in the Portmouth (or up the M3 corridor)area that I can discuss this with and will give me "sensible" advice.

Additionally is it possible with an AVO meter to detect which of the batteries is letting go or would I have to check them under load. Thanks Nick

furneaux riddall in Alchorne Place, Portsmouth (off Eastern road) are OK (02392 668621, I think) .Will you be changing to 2x 12V ? .

Sometimes the chandlers have deals on batteries , so look around once you know what you want.
