An Alpelco VSE2000 vhf was included with my recently purchased boat but without a manual
I have used a YM2000 handheld VHF but have never used a fixed base model.
It is alive, channel 16 is displayed and I get a good hiss when I reduce the squelch.
However pressing any of the touch sensitive membrane buttons produces no effect.
Twisting the channel rotary switch produces no effect.
If anyone could scan the manual or write a quick 'get up and running' set of instructions,
10 euro will find its way to the RNLI
