One of the handiest things I have for winter cruising is 12 volt biker vest. Plug it in and the heat comes radiating out. Only have the power while motoring, but sure nice when you are . Probably available at motor bike shops.
Thinking about a 12 volt heat pad or a 120 volt one, run off an inverter, for my bunk. Motor the last mile, and my bunk is warm when I get into it.

It's 19c here most day , we still running around in our T shirts and shorts , don't think we in need of heat pad , well not at the moment .:)
Any way we might head into a Marina at the end of the week , lot of work to get on with .
Look like this seasons is over for us .

We, on the BC wet coast , are in what we call "The pineapple express"weather pattern, a river of warm air from Hawaii, plus 15C and super rainy. Strong SE winds.

I finally broke free of the marina in Lefkas today for my last few days cruising of the year. Beautiful day, 18C and 12 kn northerly. Clear bright sunshine you only get at beginning and end of season. Only other boats I saw were a German heading north in the canal and a large powerboat heading south later. Otherwise the whole Inland Sea was mine. Moored in Vathi on Meganissi tonight. Getting a bit chilly outside but snug in the boat after a couple of drinks in one of the few bars that are open. I have the whole harbour to myself with the prospect of a great showing of stars after dinner. Life is good!
