Its a floating office. BBC Wales ran an item a few weeks back,you can rent them.

Saw one just downstream of the Pont y Werin Bridge (Cardiff Marina?)
which looked as if it was being used as a houseboat.

Why not just buy a shed or "rent a space?"

they were bulding them at Cambrian marine
Could be used as a house boat. Not sure why they are so high . 2 story office ?
