Oxalic acid is Illegal to buy, sell, transfer or possess as a private individual now, unless in a pre-prepared product like Y10 with concentration 10% or less. There still seem to be a few rogue sellers online but any links here get removed and the poster sent to sit on the naughty step.

Marine Bazaar have it on the shelf in tubs for the public to buy. I know because I bought one a few weeks ago. GRP suppliers also sell it in tubs.

For the OP, "Grunt" is very good and premixed as a paste.

By accident and good fortune I bought a very large tub of oxalic acid just before regulation. I have many years left of boat cleaning.
