Concur - looks very much like a Dan Webb Blackwater sloop. Buyer maybe lucky - Could it be Francis Cooke's Iolanthe

Sorry Roachy, Iolanthe is alive, well and well maintained (with a little help from me) and currently berths a Birdham Pool, Chichester.
