Antifoul thinners (sorry about this)

I've asked a question in PBO forum and thought someone on here may know the answer. It's to do with hard antifoul thinners.

Try cellulose thinners, see local car bodyshop.

Not sure about cell thinners. It'll likely react with the underwater primer. I've had a lot of experience with cell paints on cars.
