According to the news there were no casualties.
One wonders how different the outcome with regards to the recent Portugal accident, both boats being swept away by rollers and radically different consequences.

I wouldn't consider any route out of Santander, or indeed anywhere else as being 'wise' in those conditions.

There's no evidence in the video and the keel missing from the hulk washed ashore means nothing.It looks as if one major difference with the earlier incident is they lost their keel. This boat seems to have survived intact.
