Annual yacht maintenance

Hi All
Trying to find out what annual maintenance checks i need to do on my bene 40 ft
What can I do myself ?
Which ones do I need to get the pro's in for
Engine wise Im pretty much ok on also annodes,shafts stern glands and antifoul.

Other things:

Check safety gear -
Batteries
Liferaft in date
Lifejackets
Fire extinguishers
Bilges
Bilge pump(s) functional

Clean internally - wipe down interior and lockers with dilute Milton
Upholstery / curtains - wash if possible


Anchor winch - maintain
Bow thruster - maintain /antifoul

With the current weather, top of the list should be check the cradle and those of your neighbours.

Another tip is to carry as many spares as possible.

It helps immensely in narrowing down faults because the bit that breaks is always the bit you didn't buy.
