Hi all. I've just sold my boat which was on SSR part 3. The new owner will keep it in Italy and wishes to register it there. I've removed it from the uk registry as requested but am now wondering if MSF4705 should have been used or is that only relevant if the boat is remaining UK registered?

Cheers, Jon.

That is the Bill of Sale that is required for boats registered on Part 1. There is no such requirement for Part 3 (SSR) although the same form (or the RYTA equivalent) is often used to transfer title when a boat is sold. The buyer will probably need a Bill of Sale transferring title (along with evidence of deletion from Part 3) from you to them in order to register the boat in Italy.
