All those people who gave me Great advice can you help again ?

I have been sent this link, and the boat seems to be like MUCH more of a sea boat then the last one, any advice would be great ¬

happy to help. but it's part of the Forum that you don't post the same message on more than one section.


The boat is a well-known hull and design and other owners will tell you what it's like at sea. I'd be concerned at whether there was a good record of servicing for the engine and drive, and whether the service issues have been resolved. Otherwise, that seems to be a more reasonable boat for what you have in mind.

Thanks for the advice, sorry to post on more then one, just am a little desprate to get the same level of advice as I did on the last boat, as I am going to see this one tomorrow.

The hull is good for what you want now. The engine power also. Nothing wrong with the original boat you posted on though, if you use it as a learners boat.

Me thinks the 1st one will be a lot cheaper to run, service and maintain.

Bristol channel......get the deepest keel and heaviest one. Good anchor setup and engine perfect order with standby.
bolt crops & knife have saved us twice now so good additional kit!
