Alderney - Bumps

Also had a pretty good meal in Bumps on the quayside at Braye. Good fresh sea food and surprisingly good quality affordable wine.

Attractive manageress was a bit of an Ice Maiden though.

Went there once when we arrived late in Alderney and everything was full she was the onlt place that said hold on 10 mins and Ill get the chef to stay on for you.

Lovely meal but didnt think she was an ice maiden, but that was 2 years ago now.

Spent to separate weekends in Alderney just a couple of weeks back, can recomend just about every place, generous portions ( slightly to generous) good menu's and superb service.

There is a new place up in town which is superb and the Thai restaurant is very good as well!!
