Don't think that one's in a hurry else it would be at the front of the queue. Used to regularly visit the Isle of Sheppey down here in Kent where the only access is a lifting bridge. It was a regular sight to see an ambulance on blues and twos sitting at the front of a long queue waiting for the bridge to lower.
