I remember the Fairline design people spending alot of time studying the internals-a long time ago,

Didn't know that. I do know the hull is very strong, rock solid and built like a brick outhouse. It is a stepped hull, which aids performance. It is a cracking boat (poor choice of words there!), and we will be very sorry to see it go. We have spent a lot on it,for someone else's benefit, but the time is right. Thanks all for your best wishes, must go now, the tarmac is setting?

I’m so sorry to hear that your selling up.

If anyone wants an immaculately presented Cranchi 39 Endurance this is the one, many recent upgrades and engine work carried out by myself , all the niggling jobs done plus servicing and preventative work like new injectors, new racer filter housings to replace the standard pre filters , the list goes on.
A very nice example.

I've been there a few years ago - I remember the runway was so soft, we barely reached take of speed - and not a place for an EFATO if I remember! Which housing estate has wide enough roads to put it down on?��

Agreed, there is absolutely nowhere to go until you get away.......
I used to fly a Cub out of a strip (Farthing Corner) about 5 miles away...this was one you didn't want to get wrong....

I'll whisper this, but we have bought a caravan! A friend owns Swift Caravan Group, and between boats, we have had one before. We towed it all over Europe - brilliant, before returning to boats.. So, SWMBO is sharpening her skill with the crystal ball, and I'm off to do a tarmaccing course ("got a bit left over".) The lucky heather is growing nicely, and we will shortly be coming to a lay by near you.

Once, at the SBS, we came off a Broom 40' something, which was opposite the Fairline stand. One Fairline chappie said to us "could you smell the p1ss". Not really our cup of tea I'm afraid.
