Greetings all. I am a new retired American from Fresno California who served my federal government for 42 years and am now living la bella vita in the Cagliari area of Sardinia. I live 5 minutes away from Capitana marina in Quartu Sant’elena and it has been a dream of mine to own a cabin cruiser/yacht to truly enjoy what Sardegna has to offer.
With the help of my favorite AI, I have narrowed down the number one brand and model I would fit best in and would be going in on such a yacht with my new friend who happens to be my landlord at the moment. We have narrowed it down to the.2008-2010 Ferretti 460. Our ceiling is €350,000 and that would be VAT included. We would like to make some if not most of our money back in this expensive endeavor by performing a handful of charters during the summer season, but also renting it out as an apartment while it sits in the Capitana Marina throughout the year, if and when I could find such a beautiful boat, I’m just wondering what the consensus on this form is regarding this model. A fly bridge is a must and a spacious salon with three cabins is also requirement. Thanks for allowing me to come into this forum and I hope to learn much from all of you.
