Quick update on this, jeez, never seem to get a day off these days
Right, seems I'm about the only one who is getting replies from him, latest came in about half an hour ago and I'm hoping to make some headway here. If needs be I'll post the entire PM exchange but at the moment I think he's offline again. A result will be that Patrick and the others all get their money back, one way or another, but it's like talking to a Babylonian at times
If I don't get anywhere at least we'll know where we stand, and can act, erm, accordingly

Why do you get a response but flipper doesn't? That tells us he is being deliberately uncommunicative with flipper. There's the other guy too who is owed £75. Why did it get to the stage it did with him too? Csail's actions seem to be deliberate.
I hope you can use whatever influence you have on Csail to get the money back to the people it belongs to. Hats off to you if you pull it off but from what I've seen so far I can't say I hold out much hope. I'd be happy to be proved wrong though. Go for it!

Just to add a bit more, I've also been in communication with Richard who also wants a result, from the person in question, the same as everyone else. But Richard doesn't speak Klingon and has to act independant
