3 charged with boat death

Doesn't actually state what went wrong?? I wonder if it was overloaded or what?

There is a thread about this - last year.
I know the boat - she was moored in front of us at the Upton Water Festival only a couple of weeks before.
It appears that she was turning in the dark with many people on board. The boat is narrow beam.
I guess all will come out in court.

Sub judice
No problem with the subject on what has been posted so far but can I politely remind about sub judice laws...any temptation to speculate would leave us a little vulnerable.

oooppps forgot my "allegedly" sorry - as in the best traditions of "Have I got news for you" - thought my "appears" was a close subsitute./forums/images/icons/blush.gif
