1/2" anchor rode

Hi , I want a longer chain and rode on my boat but it seems my Maxwell freedom 500 asks for 1/2 inch rode and 7mm chain , I can find a supplier for chain but not the half inch rode in the UK , will the windlass work with 12mm .

Yes. When you're talking about a product like rope, 12mm and 1/2 inch are basically the same thing.

Cool , I just thought I'd better check as they made a metric gypsy that's now obsolete that was 6mm chain and 12mm rode , and with half inch being 12.7mm .
